Brick Pattern House by Alireza Mashhadmirza
Located in one of the poorest districts of Tehran, the façade was designed to be repetitive and easily constructed.
Dietrich Untertrifaller - House H, 1999. The simple volume and layout of the house is accented by subtle details, such as copper shutters and window frames, and a glowing frosted glass workshop for the client. The concrete and brick construction is insulted with organic hemp, and the window configuration works in tandem with the floor plan to ensure privacy for the client while maintaining an open feeling on the exterior.
